Living a healthy lifestyle and enjoying daily exercise is an important part of my life. Since 2012, I have been studying the effects of a plant based approach as well with working with others to better their lives with health and nutrition. At my highest weight, I weighed over 400lbs, to date I have lost 275lbs and feel absolutely amazing. If I can make one person feel important and put a smile on their face it makes me extremely happy. Thank you for your support, most importantly your friendship.
